Synthesia Power, a.s. is part of the Colt CZ group (51 %)
and Kaprain Group (49 %).

Synthesia Power was established in 2026 by separating the energy division from Synthesia, a.s. The company builds on its long-standing experience in operating energy infrastructure at the SemtinZone industrial complex.

The company provides reliable supplies of energy and related utilities, primarily to partners operating throughout the SemtinZone complex. It operates its own energy system and a power and heat generation plant with sufficient capacity to meet the needs of customers in the industrial zone.

A major advantage is the ability to operate in island mode, allowing customers to remain independent of the surrounding distribution network when necessary. This contributes to a high level of supply reliability and, above all, to the stability of production processes even in exceptional situations, such as outages or restrictions in supplies from external networks.

Synthesia Power provides not only electricity and heat, but also distributes nitrogen, compressed air, natural gas, potable and industrial water, as well as wastewater services.

Our goal is to be a reliable and stable energy partner for customers in SemtinZone, providing safe supplies of energy and utilities while helping to create the conditions for uninterrupted and efficient production.

In recent years, the company has invested CZK 1.5 billion in environmental upgrades, reducing nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxide emissions by 60%.
